The property was only 4.4 km away from the Stadium of Light, making it convenient for me as a football fan. the amenities, including free WiFi and a flat-screen TV, made my stay enjoyable and convenient for catching up on work and relaxation. the apartment itself was well-equipped with a terrace, 2 bedrooms, and a washing machine, providing all the comforts of home. the location, just 14 km from the Sage Gateshead, allowed me to easily explore cultural attractions in the area. the close proximity to Newcastle Train Station made transportation hassle-free. Overall, my experience at this enjoyable home in Sunderland was delightful and I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
